The IPNFA® Basic Course in Chile was recently held, introducing participants to the core principles of PNF.
The course was led by Fernanda di Natal, IPNFA® Advanced Instructor who came from Australia and who in addition to explaining the method, also conducted patient demonstrations. Participants also had the opportunity to provide treatments under supervision.
This event highlights PNF’s truly international—and even intercontinental—reach.
