Article Recommendation: Enhancing Mobility with PNF Techniques

29 November 2025

If you’re interested in evidence-based approaches to improving flexibility and strength, a recent systematic review by George et al. (2025) offers valuable insights. Published in Revue des Études Sud-est Européennes, the paper evaluates the effectiveness of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques—widely used in physiotherapy and athletic training.

The authors analyzed current research on how PNF stretching impacts range of motion and muscular strength. Their findings indicate that PNF techniques consistently outperform many conventional stretching methods, making them an excellent option for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.

With growing interest in mobility training, this review serves as a solid evidence-based resource for clinicians, trainers, and movement enthusiasts.
